Resolved: Potential Fraud on stacked rebate

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Once I did this webpage, their marketing department (2 diff people!) contacted me to confirm that indeed they "made a mistake" and were sending the additional $70 rebate. I did get it and was able to use it.

I correctly filed for the 3/1-4/30/23 Tire rebate for the $70 + $70 = $140. I purchased with in the time window, used the synchrony card, and filed appropriately. All info in your system has been confirmed that the full rebate is due to me. I have received $70 BUT NOT $140 as is due to me. Synchrony has confirmed for this particular stacked rebate that GT is handling it all. (Synchrony rebates 855-33-**** , Rosie) I have spoken to them twice, and to GT people 3x times, continuously basically getting a run around. At this point ALL I ASK is the additional $70 prepaid card be SENT TO ME promptly.

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Make double sure you have all your rebate info for General Tire or continental AND call then first to ask if they are handling the whole rebate or not. When they can't tell you, they are going to mess things up.

I needed to only purchase w new tires. Their is a promotion if you purchase 4,you h et up to 70.00 rebate. Why not give a rebate for the 2 to.promote customer satisfaction.
